1. Placing an order online

You can explore products online by new arrivals or by choosing a product category. When you have made your selection, add the product to your shopping cart. You can review your shopping cart and proceed to checkout from the icon on the top right-hand corner of the page. To complete your purchase, simply enter your shipping, billing and payment details. 

2. Product information and sizes

If the item you are looking for is not currently available online, we invite you to visit our Store Locator page and to contact the nearest store to discover similar products.

3. Payment options, invoices and tax

We accept the following forms of payment:

a. Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Discover, Unionpay credit cards through Paypal, without the need to have a Paypal account.

b. Bank deposit to a BPI account

c. GCash via QR Code (scan to pay merchant)

This website features state-of-the-art security systems to encrypt and protect your payment details, guaranteeing the total security of all transactions. The charge will be in the same currency as the prices you see at checkout (Philippine Peso). The order total includes the sales tax amount. You will not need to pay any extra duties or taxes at delivery if shipped within the Philippines. You will receive an invoice with the billing details entered at checkout for every order placed on the website. Shipping fee is added upon checkout.

4. Order confirmation

The order will be confirmed when we send the confirmation email for each shipment to the email address you provided. The email(s) will contain a confirmation and summary of the order in relation to each product such as: product description and the total price of the order and any shipping costs. Taxes are inclusive in the indicated price.

5. Modifying your order

Should you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. After the order has been shipped out for delivery, it can no longer be modified. For security reasons we cannot change the shipping and billing address. If you notice any mistakes or need to request minor modifications, please let us know and we will do our best to provide assistance.

6. Shipping Fees

Standard flat rate nationwide shipping of P150.00 and P200 for heavier packages.

Delivery estimate:

Greater NCR: 3-8 days*

Major cities: 3-10 days*

Provincial: 5-12 days*

8. Gifting Option 

Giving the order as a gift? Just put a note saying it is a gift under the ADD AN ORDER NOTE section of your Shopping Cart. We can provide paper bag and gift card as well.
